Deborra-Lee Furness
Deborra-Lee Furness

Deborra-Lee Furness is a fantastic performer, and has flipped between genres effortlessly throughout her storied career. She debuted as the lead in the gritty 1968 Aussie film Shame, and from there, she went on to appear on loads of TV shows before starring in Ben Elton’s sci-fi miniseries Stark. She was also in the critically acclaimed film Jindabyne, proving that she has real depth as a performer. We can’t wait for you to see her in Force of Nature: The Dry 2.

Anna Torv
Anna Torv

Anna Torv might be best known for her leading role in the critically acclaimed sci-fi mystery series, Fringe, where she played an agent investigating crimes of a more supernatural nature. She was also recently nominated for a Primetime Emmy for her role as Tess in the record-breaking The Last of Us. She’s also done some killer work on Aussie screens recently, as Helen Norville in the ABC series The Newsreader.

Lucy Ansell
Lucy Ansell

Lucy graduated from VCA (Victorian College of the Arts) having bagged herself a scholarship, but her big debut as an actor was in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, where she understudied for various characters. Lucy’s star is about to rise, and fast: she’s in the upcoming TV series Strife, and she makes a hell of an impact in Force of Nature: The Dry 2. Lucy is, in short, one to watch.

Sisi Stringer

If you’re looking for performers who’ve dealt with on-screen death, you’d be hard pressed to find one as unique as Sisi. She played the bloodthirtsy Maleena in the sleeper hit Mortal Kombat in 2021. You might have also seen her gracing your screen in Vampire Academy as Rose Hathaway, the hero of the entire thing. Whilst there aren’t any vampires in Force of Nature: The Dry 2, Sisi is a brilliant addition to this stellar cast.

Robin McLeavy
Robin McLeavy

Robin McLeavy has done it all. She’s probably best known for playing Eva in the hit series Hell on Wheels, but she’s appeared in Homeland, Abraham Lincoln : Vampire Hunter, and she turned heads in the unforgettable Aussie horror flick The Loved Ones. She’s also no stranger to holding her own next to on-screen icons, having performed in A Streetcar Named Desire next to Joel Edgerton and Cate Blanchett!

Jacqueline McKenzie
Jacqueline McKenzie

We’re huge Jacqueline McKenzie fans - partially because we’re huge Miss Fisher fans and she was amazing in Miss Fisher and the Crypt of Tears. But honestly, Jacquie is the GOAT - from Romper Stomper to Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, from Deep Blue Sea to CSI: Miami, she’s done it all. In Force of Nature: The Dry 2, she’s paired with Bana’s intrepid Falk as Carmen, a fellow cop helping him out on the case.
